Warranty & Return Policy

1. Warranty Overview

All products purchased from our store are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this policy. Replacement is subject to product availability.

This warranty is provided in accordance with applicable laws, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394).

2. Warranty Period & Conditions

2.1 Warranty Period

  • Standard warranty period is twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • Warranty period begins based on the date indicated on the sales invoice.

2.2 Warranty Conditions

Warranty claims will be honored only if:

  • Proof of purchase (Sales Invoice or order confirmation) is presented
  • The product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
  • The product has no signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification

2.3 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Consumable items (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges, etc., unless defective upon purchase)
  • Software-related issues or compatibility concerns
  • Damage due to improper storage, handling, or external factors

Warranty is non-transferable.

3. Replacement, Repair & Refund Policy

3.1 Processing Time

  • Warranty processing begins upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Approved claims will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on product availability, parts, or supplier coordination.

3.2 Resolution Options

Approved warranty claims may result in:

  • Repair of the product; or
  • Replacement with the same or equivalent item

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • The product is beyond repair within a reasonable timeframe
  • Required under applicable consumer laws

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Return Policy & Instructions

4.1 Return Eligibility

  • Customers must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within seven (7) days from receipt.
  • Items beyond this period will be subject to standard warranty evaluation.

4.2 Return Procedure

To return a product:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide order number and details of the issue
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Securely pack the item (preferably in original packaging)
  5. Ship the item to the provided address

Note: Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4.3 Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect item, shipping costs will be covered by the store.
  • Otherwise, shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

4.4 Risk During Shipping

The store is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless the shipment was arranged by the store.

5. Liability & Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty will be void if the product shows signs of:

  • Physical damage (cracks, dents, broken parts)
  • Liquid or water exposure
  • Burn marks or electrical damage
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering
  • Improper use or handling

All items are subject to final evaluation by our technical team upon inspection.

6. Data Storage Device Disclaimer

For storage devices such as USB drives, memory cards, and external hard drives:

  • The store is not responsible for any data loss during use, return, or warranty processing.
  • Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting any device.

By submitting the product for warranty, the customer agrees that the store shall not be liable for any direct or indirect data loss.

7. Required Details for Warranty Claims

To ensure efficient processing, please provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product name and model number
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
  • Serial number (if applicable)

Incomplete documentation may result in processing delays.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used consumables (unless defective upon purchase)
  • Software, digital licenses, or downloadable products
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
